It's becoming more and more difficult to use and the interface is almost hostile to usability. Constant bugs and UI changes. No way to pin your most used items and prices are different depending on an algorithm. So your phone and your friend's phone will show different prices. Not to mention they charge a huge fee for restaurants so you're paying more for each item and a delivery fee and other fees. What used to be a great deal is no longer. Happy to see competitors enter the market.

You have menu to chat with the restaurant on your app. But what's the point if I can't even contact them. It only can be used when the restaurant made first contact, coz there's problem with the orders. But when I can't do anything when I realized I made a mistake and want to make any correction, like when I wanted to order TIDAK PEDAS but instead I wrote PEDAS. I realized the mistake immediately but can't do anything. My advice, better make 2 way communication for this menu. Or delete it.

If you want to change location, please CANCEL the booking before the driver came! The price will not change even for a much shorter trip. My first booking was 3.7km at surge time cost 93k VND. But then after changing the location to 1.3km, the cost remains the same and notification only equal or more. CANNOT CANCEL the trip at that point as well. Absolute clown 🤡
